Our home provides support to those individuals who require residential, respite, palliative and end of life care
Working with each person we create individual care plans and the Activities Co-ordinator takes these preferences into account when planning activities.
Providing Residential, Respite, and Palliative Care, our team executes highly professional and experienced care to all residents. The Corner House Care Home places residents at the heart of everything we do; from working closely with each resident, and their family, and each individual to creating Activity Programmes where residents can enjoy live entertainment that takes them back to their youth.
Residential Care
Residential Care is suited to those who require a little more assistance with day-to-day personal care. This option is especially beneficial for those who need different levels of support and as the individuals journey continues within our home, we continually assess our residents and increase the support that may be required.
Residents at The Corner House Care Home can enjoy all meals and various other aspects of life in a comfortable and compassionate environment, in addition to receiving help as and when it’s needed.
Respite Care
Respite Care in Clacton-on-Sea is offered to those who are in need of short-term care by a team of qualified professionals. The care we provide at The Corner House is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is common that someone receiving Respite Care will stay with us for a few weeks or months at a time until they are ready to return to their normal lives.
Each resident will be assigned a key worker who will quickly become a familiar face during their stay at The Corner House Care Home.
Palliative Care and End of Life Care
Care Fulfilment provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care 24 hours a day.
Taster Days
At The Corner House Care Home, we understand that choosing a residential care home is an important and personal decision.
