Millard House celebrated 60th Anniversary
It was a great pleasure to organise, under the umbrella of our 60th Celebrations, a series of special events for our residents and families at Millard House.
Over the celebration period, we were proud to host a range of meaningful and enjoyable activities, including an Alzheimer Society Meeting, Diversity Day, and special hydration-focused events for residents. These events brought people together, supported wellbeing, and reflected our commitment to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment every day.
The celebrations culminated in a Big Party marking 60 years of Millard House — a wonderful occasion filled with joy, community spirit, and shared memories.
Alongside celebrating this important milestone, we continue to focus strongly on our care strategy and safety improvements. We are pleased to share that our ongoing work to reduce falls has been very successful, contributing to improved resident safety and a better overall experience for those who live with us.
We are incredibly proud of our team for making these celebrations so special while continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
